Waiver

In consideration for the right of participation, the registrant waives all rights and claims against the officers, regatta organizers, individuals sponsoring and working at these races, and the states of Vermont and New Hampshire, and acknowledges that the above stated assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage to or loss of equipment, prior to, during, or after the races.
